(Think: Bookshelfs belong in the (i) bedroom (ii) living room)

Some people have the knack of getting me the most perfect presents but this was a most welcomed gift years back when I was stuck in a hellish programming job while studying part time too. He said its meant to be a reminder of my dreams (do you remember yours?), to never stop planning my perfect life.

Two mornings back, I re-discovered this book and the post-it notes within its pages. Notes to myself on what would work, what I like, how the rooms would look like if I ever got a place to settle down, And it’s funny to be reminded how my younger self was actually thinking about these things, even when I was living off a dingy rented room.

It’s something I have always done. You can call it daydream or escapism, but I call it prep work. (and now you know how my future bookshelves look like) And in the meantime, they are very pretty photos to look at
